Return and Refund Policy

At Shorty’s Snowboards, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not, we’re here to help.  

Returns
- Items can be returned within 30 days of purchase.  
- Products must be unused, in their original condition, and include all original packaging.  
- To initiate a return, please contact us at rob@shortyssnowboards.com.  

Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval status.  
- If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.  

Shipping Costs
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part.  

Non-Returnable Items
- Custom-made or personalized snowboards are not eligible for return or refund.
