  • Custom or personalized snowboards may take additional time. Estimated production and shipping timelines will be provided at checkout.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

  • Expedited shipping options may be available at an additional cost, depending on destination and carrier availability.

Delivery Times

  • Delivery times vary based on your location and selected shipping method. Most orders arrive within 5–10 business days after shipping.

  • Delivery times may be affected by external factors such as weather, customs processing, or carrier delays.

Order Tracking

  • Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can monitor its progress.

International Shipping, Duties, and Tariffs

  • We currently offer international shipping to select countries.

  • For eligible international orders (including some U.S. shipments), duties, tariffs, import taxes, and related customs fees may be calculated and collected at checkout.

  • Collecting these charges upfront helps provide a clearer total cost and reduces unexpected charges at delivery.

  • In some cases, final customs charges may vary due to customs review, product classification, or carrier processing.

  • If duties and import fees are not collected at checkout for your order, those charges may still be the responsibility of the customer upon delivery, depending on the destination country and shipping method.

Lost or Damaged Packages

  • We’ll work with the carrier to help resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
